Order Status
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $89 USD.
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 USD applies to orders under $89 USD.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Delivery Timeline: Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. This includes both order processing and transit time.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Brazil is currently unable to offer free shipping services.
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-5 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. If you fail to receive any email, please check your spam/junk mailbox or contact our Customer Service Center via mail service@ahaselected.com.
Quick Ship
- Based on our inventory, some items are available for Quick Ship in some US areas. You can see the 'Quick Ship' description on these product pages.
- If only part of your order is available for Quick Ship, they will be sent out separately. You will also get separate notifications, so don't worry.
- Quick Ship normally takes 2-4 business days to deliver.

If you don't see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our departure to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.
