Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returning your order is simple.

Return Window
  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once your return request is approved, please make sure to ship the item(s) back within 14 days. Unfortunately, returns shipped after this period cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued once items are received and pass quality inspection.
What Can Be Returned
  • Clothing: New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable).
  • Shoes, Bags & Luggage: New, unused, undamaged, with original boxes and all accessories. Shoes may only be tried on clean indoor surfaces.
  • Other Products: Must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

What Cannot Be Returned
  • Final Sale items (marked on product page).
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, cosmetics, pet products, customized items, or any product marked “non-returnable.”
Free Gift Return Policy
  • If your order included a free gift, it is considered part of the promotional offer.
  • If you return the entire order for a full refund, the free gift must also be returned.
  • If the free gift is not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover the return shipping cost. Please keep the original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Other Reasons (e.g., size/fit):Customers will need to arrange return shipping with your own carrier and cover the full cost.
Important Note

  • Original shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
When a Return Doesn’t Meet Requirements
  • If an item does not meet our return requirements after inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In this case, we will send the item back to the original order address. A $10 reshipment fee will be applied and deducted from the refund of other eligible items in the same order (if any).
  • We reserve the right to adjust this fee.
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • PayPal refunds: usually 1 business day.
  • Credit/debit card refunds (via Stripe): 3–15 business days, depending on your bank.

Important Notes
  • Always use the return address provided by our Customer Service team. Returns sent to the package sender’s address cannot be processed.
  • Do not include items not purchased from AHAS ELECTED; we cannot resend them.
